Preserving artisans’ skills for the future

The central area of Niigata has long been the center for metal production. This company supports industry's many highly skilled artisans through the Central Niigata Meisters certification program. During the festival they will hold various events, including a collaboration with Niigata University of Management as well as workshops where visitors can polish Beigoma, the traditional Japanese spinning toy.
