Founded in 1868. This company has been making cutlery for the past 100 years with the aim of creating "western cutlery that can be used as easily as chopsticks". Producing cutlery tailored to everyday cuisine in Japan, their affordable products are made by adjusting selected designs from various Western countries. During the festival they will hold a workshop where the visitors can try the sharpness of their forks.
