Witness their skill in metal curving
OOIWA CHOKIN

Founded in 1975. Aside from producing the metal casts for cutlery, they can also create a spoon without the need for a cast. Having specialized in metal processing and chasing for over 45 years, they can carves names and intricate patterns – dragons and tigers for example – into the metal of chisels, planes and hammers. Their original product, a leaf-shaped chopstick holder, was awarded the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award in the Craft Division by the National Souvenir Selection Committee. During the festival, they will hold workshops where visitors can create their own leaf-shaped chopstick holder or bookmark.
