Carrying the motto “making tofu and fried tofu, wholeheartedly,” they have been keeping local people healthy with their fresh and fried tofu, soy milk, okara, and tofu-based donuts and cakes. During the festival, they will hold a workshop in which participants can make tofu from soy milk.
