Hiura Farm is a rice and cucumbers farm, which has been for 800 years under 27 generations . Thinking about "people who eat, the environment and the next generations," they are working hard as a family business. Their basic principle is pulling up weeds by hands in order to observe the rice, grasses and creatures in their rice cultivation with pesticide-free, and non-chemical fertilizer which they have been using since 2000. During the festival they will hold a workshop to make morning rice-porridge (Experience 1) and also offer their morning rice-porridge to the visitors (Experience 2).
